Services Mission Statement: ''Exceeding our clients Expectations, One cut at a time'' Residential and Commercial Lawn Care- recurring services, landscape for curb appeal Evictions- Minimum of 4 man teams to assist local law enforcement for ''writs of possession'' (transfering personal property outside the home per state law) Locksmith – Re-keying both front and rear doors as well as securing garage doors and gates and LOCK-BOX installation Trash Out/Debris Removal – Clean up and debris removal for safety, compliance and appearance Janitorial Services – generators on all our trucks for cleaning services include vacuuming, mopping floors and cleaning sinks and bathrooms, installing air freshners Swimming Pool Maintenance – Starting the filtration system, draining, cleaning, filling, adding chemicals and providing pool maintenance as needed or cover to HUD specs Repair & Remodeling – Work is performed according to client approved proposals and local building codes. Photos – Digital documentation of work done and problems encountered are supported by before and after photos.
